Postdocs

After completing an integrated master degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minho, in Portugal, I did a PhD, at the same university, focusing on the production of functionalized triaxial wet-spun fibers for wound healing applications. During my PhD, I did two international research visits, which also resulted in the publication of several research articles and gave me the capacity to adapt to multidisciplinary environments.
I am currently doing my first postdoc at TUM, during which I am deepening my knowledge and experience in fiber spinning, while also supervising students and being involved in different research topics, such as film casting and textile recycling.
